Refund Policy
Customers may request for a full refund within 30 days from the start of service.
In case of those who purchased a yearly package and have been active for more than 30 days, hostatom will calculate the balance according to the number of remaining months. (Non-refundable rights are reserved for those with a validity period of less than 30 days.)
A customer refund will be given back to the customer according to the cost of their packages after purchasing, however there are cost of deductible expenses which includes
- The loss of the exchange rate to THB, for those customers who paid from different currencies. (There is no exception to this, if a customer requested for a refund, hostatom will have to charge fees before refunding).
- The refund policy method will depend on how the customer made the payments through banks (There is no exception whether the service has been used or not, if a customer requested for a refundable, hostatom will have to charge fees before refunding).
refundable credits are only in THB and USD. Those who require any other currency will have to pay for their own charges and fees.
Note : Note: If the service user has used the service for less than 30 days, a full refund will be provided. If the sales tax has not been filed, the tax invoice will be canceled. If the service has been used for more than 30 days or if the sales tax has already been filed, a credit note will be issued to reduce the excess sales tax filed.

hostatom refundable service will operate within 7 days. hostatom reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice. However hostatom will update the conditions as quick as we possible through many ways such as www.hostatom.com
