Affiliate policy

1. The definition of Affiliate

Affiliate is an online marketing that is conducted by a distributor, but based on the process of promoting products online, allowing them to sell without inventory and receive a percentage return from their owners without having to deliver their products themselves.

This Affiliate Agreement is the terms and conditions of service to the hostatom which the hostatom may change or modify without notice. This will take effect immediately when we publish this policy on the hostatom website.
What the user should know is:
  • hostatom might be notified of changes or modifications
  • In the event of no notice of changes, the hostatom will adhere to the changes and modifications on the date specified as “Last Modified” and we will assume that you have accepted the agreement on the latest Modified Date.

2. Income-generating process with hostatom

Affiliate is an online marketing that is conducted by a distributor, but based on the process of promoting products online, allowing them to sell without inventory and receive a percentage return from their owners without having to deliver their products themselves.

2.1 Fill out the hostatom Affiliate subscription form.
2.2 Log in to the system and bring the link or banner to your website or to other social media sites for visitors to order from the links you promote.
2.3 Once a link or banner has been clicked on and registered with the hostatom and you have completed your payment for the hostatom service, you will be able to receive an Affiliate value only if the hostatom service is in full use.

3. Receipt of Affiliate

As we guarantee full refund within 30 days, the Affiliate value of your recommended subscriber will have to wait 45 days before withdrawing from the system and the system will start withdrawing when the accumulated amount exceeds 1000 baht or more.

Note: Affiliate payments will be made with THB and USD currency only. If it is paid to the Affiliate recipient overseas, the transfer fee shall be borne by the recipient, deducted from the Affiliate Payout.

3.1 Withholding Tax

If the Affiliate is a Thai user, the Company will pay a 3% tax on every amount of the withdrawal. Internet income is considered to be based on Section 40(8) which is not subject to Section 40(1) - 40(7).

4. Prohibition

  • We are not allowed to apply for a membership introduction program to introduce ourselves to the commission as a discount.
  • We don’t allow the Banner we’ve created to be used on illegal media such as gambling sites, pornography sites.
  • No recommendations or actions are allowed that cause the hostatom to lose revenue.
  • Modification, copying, Banner, Icon, Graphic or content in the hostatom is not allowed, including modification of copyrights or trademarks without written permission from the hostatom.
  • Do not use Banner and Link Affiliate for backlinks SEO or spam to create additional references for the hostatom.
  • The hostatom does not support, promote the adoption of this Affiliate to create violence against or destroy individuals, organizations and government agencies.
If hostatom suspects or detects any violation of this restriction, hostatom immediately suspends and cancels the Affiliate payment.
