Email Policy
The use of hostatom.com under the operation of Network Technical System Co., Ltd. is considered to be in accordance with these conditions.
1. Restrictions
There is a limit to 100 outbound emails per domain within an hour. If you send an email more than this within an hour, Email will be returned with an error that cannot be sent. If this happens, it will take a while for your account to be returned.

We do not allow hostatom users to display pirated works, including copying music, books, photos, photographs, trademarks, other copyrighted works, as well as offering counterfeit goods from trademarks.
2. Spam Email
Do not use email to distribute spam or unwanted commercial mail. This makes the following rules apply :
The law applies to spam mail. Section 11 of the 2007 Computer Crimes Act.
“Any person who sends computer or electronic mail to another person by concealing or falsifying the source of such information will be punished by a fine of not more than 100,000 baht (only a fine without imprisonment) in case of spam.”
Mails cause damage like the above example and can also apply the Criminal Code of Fraud Section 341.
That is, “Any person who defrauds others by showing false statements or concealing the
truth that should be told and by such deceitful acts as property from the deceived or third parties who commit
crimes are punished by imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of up to six thousand baht or both.”
If we verify that you sent us a spam email, we will immediately suspend the service and no refund will be made.
Note: Note that the definition of an “unwanted” email may differ from the perception of your email recipients. Use the judgment to send an email to many recipients even if they chose to receive an email from you in the past.
When an email user marks it as junk mail, chances are that in future messages you can be blocked.
3. Malware
Do not use email to send viruses, malware, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files or other items that are potentially destructive or deceptive.
In addition, do not publish content that damages or disrupts the functioning of the network, server or others.
4. Fraud and illegal activities
Do not send text messages to deceive, mislead or deceive other users by falsely claiming information.
This includes impersonating another person, company or corporation with the intention of deceiving or misleading.
Do not use email to harass, intimidate or threaten others. Anyone found using email for these purposes will be immediately suspended if we will immediately be suspended.
The hostatom reserves the right to change the terms of this service at any time without prior notice.
