Domain Transfer
1. For general domain gTLD : General Top-Level Domain
domains in this group It will be a domain that we are familiar with in the extension .com .net .org .biz .info etc.
For domains like this before transferring, you need to whois to see domain details first.
The observation points for domains that are ready to be transferred are
- Registered for at least 60 days
- There is a period of use before expiration of not less than 7 days (recommended 15 days).
- Domain Status only returns OK, no other status such as ClientTransferProhibited or any other value.
- Name and address in Administrative Contact must be your name, address, especially Email must be your Email.
Transfer method
If you find that all items are complete according to the 4 items above, please contact the original service provider for an EPP Code or Authorization Code. Then send the domain name and EPP Code to us. Once the information has been received, Hostatom will notify your original registrar to request the transfer of the domain to our care. This process takes 4-7 days, during which time you will receive a letter asking you to click to confirm the transfer.
2. For Country Code Top-Level Domain ccTLD : Country Code Top-Level Domain of Thailand
The domains in this group are the domains that we are familiar with in the domain extension .in.th .co.th .or.th. For such domains, transferring requires only documents.
