Service Agreement
Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the service agreement of hostatom.com, managed by Network Technical System Co., Ltd., with the following details:
1. hostatom.com does not provide services for websites of the following nature:
1.1 Types of websites not allowed:
- Illegal websites that attack, defame, or undermine the stability of the monarchy, religion, or create disorder or harm to others.
- Pornographic or sexually suggestive websites.
- Gambling websites.
- Websites offering Bittorrent, trackers, online streaming, pirated software, cracks, hacks, warez, or that disseminate viruses, worms, Trojans, or use this server for attacking other servers (e.g., mail bombs, hack attacks, spamming, port scanning, or port probing).
- Websites that send spam emails (mass emails sent without consent) or post to newsgroups using invalid return addresses or random addresses (e.g., abc@hotmail.com, john@hotmail.com, ant@hotmail.com).
- Chain messages intended to generate replies, and repeated messages to others.
- Use of programs or systems to send spam emails.
- Emails that infringe on rights or threaten others.
- Websites related to hacking, virus dissemination, or any illegal or immoral acts that cause disorder and harm to others.
- Websites utilizing scripts or programs that interfere with server operations, consuming excessive processing power and memory.
- Websites that violate trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of others in any country worldwide.
- Websites that threaten, deceive, provide false information, or disseminate indecent content or drugs.
- Websites that damage the service provider’s reputation.
- Websites violating the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007).
- Other websites deemed inappropriate by the service provider.
1.2 The service provider reserves the right to terminate the contract or shut down the website without prior notice and without any refund if the user acts contrary to the aforementioned policies. The service provider reserves the right to determine whether the user’s actions violate regulations.
2. Information provided by the user must be accurate and truthful. If incorrect or false information is provided, the service provider will not process the request.
3. Registered domain names cannot be changed. If the user wants a new name, they must pay for a new domain registration service.
4. The service provider will activate the service within 24 hours on business days after receiving complete payment evidence. If payment is received but details (like order number, domain name, or contact number) are incomplete or if there is no contact within one month, the service provider may cancel the order.
5. The service provider offers a refund if the user is dissatisfied with the server service (excluding domain name costs) within 30 days, provided the user has not violated the terms of this service agreement.
Refund Conditions:
The user requests a refund of the service fee within 30 days from the date of service activation. The service fee that the service provider will refund to the user is the amount that the service provider actually received from the user, after deducting the following expenses:

- Exchange rate losses due to conversion to Thai Baht if payment was made in another currency (the provider will deduct this fee regardless of service usage).
- Transfer fees charged by banks or credit card companies based on the payment method (this fee will also be deducted regardless of service usage).
6. The service provider will have a notification system for the expiration of hosting services, as well as domain names registered with the service provider. Notifications will be sent 30 days and 15 days prior to expiration.
If the customer fails to make the payment, the service provider will temporarily suspend the service. After 30 days of expiration, the service provider will be required to remove the customer’s data from the system, and it will no longer be recoverable.
For Cloud VPS and Private Hosting services, if the service is on a monthly basis, there will be a 7-day prior expiration notification, and for yearly services, a 30-day prior expiration notification will be provided. After 21 days of expiration, the customer’s data will be removed from the system and cannot be retrieved.
7. The service provider is not responsible for any damage to websites for any reason, including equipment failure, user error, or other unforeseen circumstances caused by either party.
8. If the service provider receives complaints, requests, or identifies irregularities, they reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for investigation.
9. The service provider has the right to cancel service immediately without conditions if the user uses a stolen or fake credit card without authorization for purchasing services.
10. The provider reserves the right to use or disclose user information upon request from law enforcement, as the provider cooperates with the National Police Bureau in investigating inappropriate websites. Anyone with information should report it for further action.
11. The content and design of websites created by the service provider are protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using this content elsewhere without written permission.
12. The service provider will contact users via the email used for ordering. To change the contact email, users must notify from the ordering email. If unable to do so, additional documentation may be required (e.g., company certification, receipts). Without this information, the provider cannot disclose confidential information.
13. The service provider does not provide software/script services or website development. Therefore, issues related to programming or script usage are not the provider’s responsibility. They may provide links for self-study, but will only respond to questions about web hosting/email.
14. Any files on the server (e.g., website files, email files, database files) may be automatically deleted if infected with a virus without prior notice.
15. The service provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend service if the user exceeds their quota or traffic limits or uses resources beyond their package. Contact sales to upgrade services.
16. If the user wishes to cancel or downgrade services before the contract ends, they are not entitled to a refund, partially or fully, unless the provider cancels the service, in which case a reasonable refund may be given.
17. Users must back up their files on the server. If a backup is requested from the provider, they must pay a fee for this service.
18. The service provider reserves the right to change this service agreement at any time without prior notice.
