Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is issued by Network Technical System Co., Ltd., operating under the brand name hostatom (hereinafter referred to as “hostatom”). For the purposes of this Refund Policy, the terms “User”, or “you” refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the services provided by hostatom (the “Services”). This document sets forth the terms, conditions, rights, obligations, and limitations governing the use of the Services. Terms used with initial capital letters and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in this document. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.
Users of Hosting Services who request a refund within 30 days from the service activation date shall be entitled to a full refund.
In the case of annual service Users who have used the Services for more than 30 days, hostatom shall calculate the refund based on the number of unused months remaining.
(If the remaining service period is less than 30 days, hostatom reserves the right not to provide a refund for such remaining period.)
The amount refunded to you shall be the actual amount received by hostatom, subject to the following deductions:
- Exchange Rate Difference: In the case of payment made in a foreign currency, hostatom shall deduct currency conversion fees for conversion into Thai Baht prior to issuing the refund.
- Bank Fees: Transfer fees or credit card processing fees, depending on the payment method used. hostatom is required to deduct such fees prior to issuing the refund, regardless of whether the Services have been used.
- Refund Currency: Refunds shall be made in THB or USD only. In the case of international transfers, you shall be responsible for any transfer fees.
Note:
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days and the sales tax has not yet been filed, a full refund shall be provided and the tax invoice shall be cancelled.
- If cancellation occurs after 30 days or the sales tax has already been filed, hostatom shall issue a credit note to adjust the excess sales tax filed.

- Successfully registered domain names (non-refundable in all cases)
- Monthly Dedicated services
- Monthly Cloud VPS services
- Monthly Private Hosting services
- Control Panel License services
- SSL Certificate services
- Google Workspace services
- Microsoft 365 services
- Microsoft SQL Server services
hostatom shall process refunds within 7 business days for Services that meet the refund eligibility conditions. hostatom reserves the right to amend these conditions without prior notice. Any updates will be published on hostatom’s website as soon as possible.
