Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement is made and entered into by and between Network Technical System Co., Ltd., operating under the brand name hostatom (“hostatom”), and any individual or entity accessing or using the Services (the “User”, “you”, “your”, or “Affiliate”). All references in this Affiliate Agreement to “hostatom” shall be deemed to refer to Network Technical System Co., Ltd. All references to the “User”, “you”, “your”, or “Affiliate” shall be deemed to refer to the individual or entity using the Services. This Affiliate Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the use of the Services. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in this document unless the context otherwise requires. By accessing or using the Services, the User acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Definitions

An Affiliate refers to an online marketing arrangement in which a “distributor” promotes products through an online system in order to facilitate sales. The distributor is not required to stock products or handle product delivery and shall receive compensation in the form of a percentage from the product owner.

This Affiliate Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing participation in the Affiliate Program with hostatom. hostatom may amend or modify this Agreement without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the hostatom website.

In the absence of a formal announcement, hostatom shall rely on the date specified as “Last Updated,” and you shall be deemed to have accepted the Agreement as amended as of such date.

Procedure for Earning Commission with hostatom

  1. Complete the hostatom Affiliate registration form.
  2. Log in to obtain the Link or Banner and place it on your website or social media platform so that visitors may place orders through the Link you promote.
  3. When a visitor clicks through the Link or Banner, registers for a service, and completes payment, you shall receive Affiliate compensation once the use of such service satisfies the conditions specified by hostatom.

Receiving Affiliate Commissions

Affiliate compensation may be withdrawn after a period of 45 days from the date on which the order is completed, in order to verify the proper status of the service and to ensure that no cancellation or violation of any conditions has occurred.

The system will enable withdrawal once your accumulated commission reaches at least 1,000 THB or the equivalent value in a supported currency (details of commission rates for each service are available [here]).

Additional Notes:

  • hostatom processes Affiliate compensation payments in THB (Thai Baht) and USD (United States Dollars) only.
  • If the Affiliate withdrawing compensation resides outside Thailand, transfer fees shall be deducted from the payable amount, and the Affiliate shall be responsible for such fees.

Withholding Tax

If the Affiliate withdrawing Affiliate compensation resides in Thailand, hostatom shall deduct withholding tax at the rate of 3% from each withdrawal. Income derived from the Affiliate activities conducted via the internet constitutes assessable income under Section 40(8) (other income) of the Revenue Code and does not fall within the categories of income under Sections 40(1)–40(7).

Prohibition

  • Self-referral for the purpose of using commission as a discount is not permitted.
  • Banners or promotional materials must not be used on gambling websites or websites containing pornographic content.
  • No action may be taken that results in loss of revenue to hostatom.
  • No banner, icon, graphic, content, or trademark of hostatom may be modified, altered, copied, or otherwise used without prior written authorization.
  • Affiliate Banners or Links must not be used for the purpose of creating spam Backlinks for SEO.
  • hostatom does not support the use of the Affiliate Program to promote violence, opposition against, or destruction of any individual, organization, or government entity.

If hostatom discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect any violation of the above prohibitions, hostatom reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate Affiliate status, including cancellation of all Affiliate compensation.

This Affiliate Agreement was last revised and is effective as of March 14, 2024.
