Affiliate Policy
1. Definitions
An Affiliate is a form of online marketing in which a person acts as a “digital distributor.” Through online methods and platforms, affiliates promote products without needing to stock or deliver them. They receive a percentage-based commission from the product owner when successful sales are made through their promotions.
This Affiliate Policy sets forth the terms and conditions of participation in the affiliate program with hostatom. hostatom reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the hostatom website.
Users should be aware that hostatom may provide notifications regarding such changes. In the absence of direct notice, the date specified as “Last Updated” shall apply, and continued use of the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy as of that date.
2. How to Earn with hostatom
2.1 Complete the hostatom Affiliate registration form.
2.2 Log in to the system and obtain your unique affiliate link or banner. Place it on your website or share it through social media to promote hostatom services.
2.3 When a visitor clicks your link or banner, registers for a service with hostatom, and successfully completes payment, you will receive a commission—provided that the referred service has been fully activated according to hostatom’s specified terms.
3. Receiving Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commissions from customer orders referred by you will become eligible for withdrawal after 45 days from the date of purchase. This period allows hostatom to verify that the order has been completed, the service has been properly activated, and no cancellations or violations have occurred.
You may withdraw your commissions once your accumulated balance reaches at least 1,000 THB or an equivalent amount in a supported currency.

Additional Notes
- hostatom pays commissions in Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollars (USD) only.
- For affiliates residing outside of Thailand, transfer fees will be deducted from the commission amount, and the affiliate is responsible for those fees.
3.1 Withholding Tax
If both the customer and the affiliate are based in Thailand, hostatom will deduct 3% withholding tax on every commission withdrawal. This is in accordance with Section 40(8) of the Thai Revenue Code, which classifies internet-based income as assessable income not covered under Sections 40(1) to 40(7).
4. Prohibition
- Affiliates may not sign up through their own referral link in order to gain commissions or discounts for themselves.
- Banners or promotional materials provided by hostatom must not be placed on illegal websites such as gambling or pornographic sites.
- Affiliates must not engage in activities that cause hostatom to lose revenue.
- Affiliates must not modify, alter, or copy any banner, icon, graphic, or content from hostatom—including intellectual property or trademarks—without written permission from hostatom.
- Affiliates are prohibited from using affiliate links or banners for the purpose of creating backlinks, SEO manipulation, or spam intended to artificially generate traffic to hostatom.
- hostatom does not support or condone the use of its affiliate program in any way that promotes violence, hatred, or harm toward individuals, organizations, or government entities.
If hostatom suspects or discovers any violation of these terms, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the affiliate account and cancel all pending or unpaid commissions.
