Terms of Service
Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the Terms of Service and policies of hostatom.com, operated by Network Technical System Co., Ltd., with the following details:
1. Disallowed Website Types
1.1 The provider does not permit services for websites or activities involving:
- Content that attacks, discredits, or threatens national security, the monarchy, or religion; or causes harm, incites unrest, or contains pornographic or obscene material.
- Gambling websites.
- Websites providing Bittorrent, Trackers, Online Streaming, pirated software, Cracks, Hacks, Warez, virus/malware distribution, or using servers to attack others (e.g. Mail Bombs, Hacking, Spamming, Port Scanning/Probing).
- Sites that send spam emails (unsolicited bulk emails), including spoofed or random addresses like abc@hotmail.com.
- Chain letters that generate mass replies or repetitive disruptive messages.
- Programs/systems used for spamming.
- Emails that infringe rights, threaten, or harass others.
- Hacking, virus spreading, illegal or unethical content, or public nuisance.
- Scripts/programs that overload server resources (e.g. excessive CPU or memory use).
- Content infringing trademarks, copyrights, or IP rights, domestic or international.
- Threatening, deceptive, false, offensive, or drug-related content.
- Websites that negatively affect or discredit the service provider.
- Content violating the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007).
- Other websites deemed inappropriate at the provider’s discretion.
1.2 The provider reserves the right to terminate service or shut down websites without prior notice or refund, as determined at the sole discretion of the provider.
2. Accuracy of User Information
Users must provide truthful and accurate information. The provider reserves the right to decline service if false data is found.
3. Domain Names
Domain names cannot be changed after registration. New names require new registration and payment.
4. Service Activation
Services are activated within 24 business hours after full payment confirmation. Orders missing key information (e.g., order number, domain name, or contact number) or inactive for more than 30 days will be canceled.
5. Refund Policy
Users may request a refund within 30 days of service activation. Refunds apply only to eligible services with no policy violations. Applicable fees will be deducted:
- Currency conversion fees (for payments in foreign currencies)
- Payment processing fees (credit card, transfer channels, etc.)

6. Service Expiration Notification and Post-Expiration Data Management
To ensure continuity of service and prevent data loss, the service provider’s system will notify of service expiration and manage data as detailed below:
6.1 Service Expiration Notification
The system will notify customers when the service is about to expire through the registered channels (e.g., email or member system), with notification details separated by service type as follows:
- 6.1.1 Web Hosting and Domain Name Services
- Notification 30 days in advance
- Repeated notification 7 days before the expiration date
- 6.1.2 Cloud VPS, Private Hosting, and Dedicated Server Services
- For monthly plans: Notification 7 days in advance
- For annual plans: Notification 30 days in advance and repeated notification 7 days before the expiration date
6.2 Service Suspension and Data Deletion
- 6.2.1 If payment is not made by the due date, the system will temporarily suspend the service
- 6.2.2 For Web Hosting and Domain Name services, data will be retained for 30 days from the expiration date
- 6.2.3 For Cloud VPS, Private Hosting, and Dedicated Server services, data will be retained for 21 days from the expiration date
After the specified retention period, if the service is not renewed, the provider reserves the right to permanently delete all data, and data cannot be recovered under any circumstances
6.3 Additional Recommendations
For data security and service continuity, the provider recommends that customers:
- Regularly check emails or system notifications
- Back up important data themselves before the expiration date
- Renew the service before the expiration date
- Contact the provider’s support team if there are reasons preventing timely renewal
7. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure, user errors, or uncontrollable technical problems. See Service Level Agreement : SLA for more details.
8. Service Suspension
If suspicious behavior is detected or complaints received, the provider may temporarily suspend services without prior notice for investigation.
9. Invalid Payments
If unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods (e.g., fake credit cards) are detected, the service will be immediately terminated.
10. Personal Information
User data may be disclosed based on consent or legal obligation to authorized personnel or government agencies. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Content Copyright
All content, designs, and materials provided by the provider are protected. Unauthorized reuse without written permission is prohibited.
12. Contact & Identity Verification
The provider will communicate only via the email address used during the order process. If it changes, notification must come from the original email. If not possible, official documents (e.g., company certificate, receipt) must be provided. Otherwise, no information will be disclosed.
13. Consultation Scope
The provider does not offer website development or the installation/fixing of software or scripts.
However, if users have questions in these areas, the provider may suggest reference materials or resources for self-study.
The provider is happy to assist with issues related to web hosting and email usage.
The main responsibility of the provider is to ensure that the server operates as described in the service offering on the website.
14. Infected File Handling
If files hosted (website, email, or database) are found to be infected with viruses, the system will automatically delete them without prior notice.
15. Exceeding Resource Quotas
If usage exceeds allocated storage, bandwidth, or system resources, the provider may temporarily suspend the service. The user may contact sales to upgrade the package.
16. Service Cancellation or Downgrade
No refunds will be issued for early cancellations or downgrades, except if the provider initiates cancellation, which may result in partial refunds at their discretion. You can find more details in the Refund Policy.
17. Backup Requests
Backups are provided according to the specific service’s terms. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups. Backup schedules and guidelines are detailed in the Service Level Agreement : SLA.
The provider reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately upon publication on the website.
