How to Pay via QR Code

Please follow the steps below to complete your payment via QR code quickly and securely.

Step 1: Go to the Client Login Page

Visit en.hostatom.com and click the “Client Login” button in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

Enter your registered email and password and click “Login”, or choose “Sign in with Google” for faster access.

Step 3: Go to Billing > My Invoices

Go to the “Billing” menu and select “My Invoices”.

Step 4: Select an Unpaid Invoice

Find the invoice marked “Unpaid” and click on it to open the details.

Step 5: Select Credit Card / QR Payment

On the invoice page, locate the “Payment Method” dropdown on the right and select “Credit Card / QR Payment”.

Step 6: Click Pay Now

Click the “Pay Now” button in the top right corner to proceed to the secure payment gateway.

Step 7: Select the QR Code Tab

Once redirected, click the “QR Code” tab to generate your unique Thai QR Payment code.

Step 8: Scan the QR Code

Open your mobile banking app, scan the QR code displayed on your screen, and complete the payment.

Once the payment is successful, your invoice status will automatically update to “Paid”.
