Previously, we offered a free trial package. However, we encountered issues where some trial users misused the service to send spam emails. As a result, we have discontinued the free trial option.
What payment methods do you accept?

Where are your servers located?
We use a world-class Internet Data Center to provide services for customers in Thailand. Our servers are located at The Cloud Tower, Kaset-Nawamin, which is a Tier 3 data center in Thailand.
When placing an order, you can specify which data center you would like your account to be created in.
I already have a website hosted elsewhere. Does hostatom offer a data migration service?
Yes. If you already have a website, we offer free data migration from your current service provider. After your account is activated, simply contact our customer support team to request the migration.
Can I register a domain elsewhere and use hosting here, or register a domain here and use hosting elsewhere?
Yes, both options are possible. Domain registration and web hosting are separate services. However, using both domain and hosting from the same provider is generally more convenient, especially for renewal management.

Who is suitable for Reseller Hosting?
Reseller Hosting is suitable for customers in the web design, web design studio, web developer or online agency business with a large number of clients using web hosting. This service allows you to provide all your clients with web hosting services through a single reseller account, eliminating the need to purchase web hosting separately for each individual account, giving each client the same experience as before.
How is Reseller Hosting better than Shared Hosting even when Shared Hosting can host multiple domains?
With reseller hosting, you can create web hosting accounts for your customers to log in and use. Your customers will have access to a control panel to manage their own hosting account. In terms of security, each customer’s account will be separate, and one customer cannot access or see the websites of other customers. If there is a problem with one account, you can stop its operation without affecting other accounts.
Why is Reseller Hosting better than Cloud Server or Dedicated Server?
Aside from the lower cost, the value is better because customers do not have to bear the responsibility of taking care of the server themselves. We believe that for business and website development and design, finding customers and completing each project is already difficult enough. We want to relieve you of the burden of taking care of the server and network infrastructure and make it our responsibility instead.
Do you have multiple web hosting accounts spread out and is data transfer service provided?
There is a free data transfer service, with no additional charges.
Domain Registration
What is a Domain Name?
A domain name is the readable name that replaces a 16-digit IP address, which is difficult to remember. Using letters instead of numbers makes it easier to identify your website—usually based on the organization or website owner’s name.
For example, hostatom’s domain name is hostatom.com. When you want to visit our site, you simply go to www.hostatom.com.
Why register a domain?
Registering a domain helps your website or service become easier to find and also builds credibility for your brand.
What are the rules for registering a domain?
A domain name can include letters a–z, numbers 0–9, and the hyphen (-). It cannot begin or end with a hyphen, and it cannot contain spaces. A valid domain name must also have at least 2 characters.
What documents are required for domain registration?
For .com, .net, .org
No documents are required for registration.
For .co.th, .in.th, .or.th, .ac.th
These domains require supporting documents as follows:
For .co.th
You may provide one of the following documents:
- Company Registration Certificate (Tor Kor 0401)
- Company/Partnership Affidavit
- VAT Registration Certificate (Por Por 20)
- VAT Information Change Form (Por Por 09)

For .in.th
- For organizations – Use the same documents required for .co.th.
- For individuals – Provide one of the following:

Domain Transfer
What is a domain transfer?
A domain transfer is the process of moving your domain management from your current provider to hostatom. You remain the full owner of your domain – 100% yours, with no risk of losing access or ownership.
Do I need to unlock my domain first?
Yes, your domain must be unlocked before every transfer to prevent unauthorized moves. If you’re not sure how to do this, simply share your domain name with our team and we’ll unlock it for you at no cost.
Where do I get my EPP Code? And what if I can’t find it?
The EPP Code (or Authorization Code) is a required security code issued by your current domain provider for any domain transfer. If you’re not sure where to request it, or you can’t reach your previous provider, just share your domain name with us and the hostatom team will take care of everything for you.
How long does a domain transfer take?
A domain transfer typically takes about 4-7 business days, depending on approval from your previous provider. The hostatom team will keep you updated on the status and let you know at every step.
Will my website or email work normally during the transfer?
No worries – transferring your domain won’t affect your existing website or email as long as you’re still using the DNS from your current hosting provider. If any DNS changes or special configurations are involved, our team can check everything for you before the transfer begins.
Can I still use my current hosting after transferring the domain?
Absolutely. A domain transfer does not affect your existing hosting service. If you plan to keep using your current hosting provider, just make sure your DNS is pointed correctly and your website and email will continue working as usual.
Is there any transfer fee? Does the price include renewal?
The transfer price already includes a 1-year domain renewal, with no hidden fees or extra charges. However, some special domain extensions or recently renewed domains may not receive the additional renewal year.
Does hostatom offer assistance with the transfer?
Yes. The hostatom team handles everything for you – from requesting the EPP Code and unlocking the domain to monitoring the status until the transfer is fully completed.
Private Hosting
If I have no knowledge about servers at all, can I still use it?
Yes, you can use it. We provide full support and monitor the server for you.
What does Private Hosting support?
- It supports: PHP / CSS / HTML / JS / JSON / AJAX
- CMS: WordPress / Joomla / Magento / Moodle / OpenCart / etc.
Which version of Plesk does Private Hosting use?
Typically, we install the latest version of Plesk for our clients, and the system includes an Auto Update feature. You can also contact support for assistance if needed.
If I use the service, can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for annual services. The amount will be calculated based on the number of unused months until the actual expiration date.
Cloud VPS
What is Cloud VPS?
A Cloud Server is a virtual server created by connecting multiple servers to work together to process, distribute and store data for a highly reliable and secure system design. It prevents data loss and avoids system crashes. Resources such as CPU, RAM, and disk space can be increased or decreased at any time as needed.
Why is Cloud Server better than traditional Server?
Cloud servers are more cost-effective and trustworthy compared to traditional servers due to their distributed processing power, as multiple servers work together. Furthermore, cloud servers reduce the IT maintenance burden, reducing the need to continually upgrade hardware that is at risk of breaking down and becoming obsolete.
What can a cloud server do?
Cloud Server is similar to a single server machine that can have any operating system installed. Customers can utilize Cloud Server services for various applications just like a normal server, such as a Web Server, Database Server, Mail Server, Storage Server, Mobile Application Server, Game Server, business system management, and data processing.
Dedicated Server
What is a Dedicated Server?
A Dedicated Server is a service where you rent a server machine, and the service provider will prepare the machine and install the operating system and software as required by the customer. Customers can use all the space in the hard disk that comes with the server and can utilize the CPU and RAM to their full potential. It offers high flexibility in managing resources and the customer can choose the operating system and hardware, as well as internal resources. Dedicated servers are typically used by websites that receive more than 30 million visits per day.
What kind of usage is a Dedicated Server suitable for?
Dedicated Server can be used:
- Must used in high volumes
- Want to install a specific program or special program for hosting
- Want to be privacy and high data security
- Has high machine efficiency usage
Can I own the dedicated server?
No, you just rent the dedicated server from us but we have the technician support service to increase the bandwidth and support service 24/7.
Can I control the dedicated server from another location?
You can control the Dedicated Server all the time, because we have a KVM Over IP System to control the server up to the bios level as if you were in the front of the server.
Does the hostatom will always take care of the dedicated server?
Yes, we do. We have technical support 24 hours a day.
Google Workspace
Why should I buy Google Workspace from hostatom when I can purchase it directly from Google?
When comparing our prices with Google’s, they are quite similar but we provide an integrated web management system within a single panel, making your experience easier and more convenient.
Why should I buy Google Workspace when Google offers similar products for free?
Google Workspace is built for business, while free Google tools are designed for personal use. It provides professional email with your own domain, higher storage limits, centralized admin controls, business-grade security, and support for integrations.
Can Google Workspace work with my email client?
Google Workspace can work with your email client, depending on the client you use. It supports both IMAP and POP protocols. If you’re switching from Microsoft Exchange or other Outlook services, you can do so using Google Workspace Sync.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee for Google Workspace?

Can I transfer my current Google Workspace account to hostatom?

What is the difference between using free Hotmail and paid Microsoft 365 services?
Microsoft 365 supports custom business emails, such as john@hostatom.com. There is also more space for data storage in the Cloud, as well as security features such as two-step authentication (Two-Factor Authentication), among others. In addition to familiar tools like Microsoft Office that make it easier to collaborate, Microsoft Teams can also be used to conduct online meetings.
If I use Microsoft 365 services, can I migrate to hostatom?

SSL Certificate
What is SSL?
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and is a technology for encrypting data to increase security in transmitting information over the internet. It was issued by a certifying body for electronic security, known as a Certificate Authority (CA).
Why do you need SSL?
SSL is essential for securing data transmission over the internet. All information exchanged between a user and a website is encrypted before being sent. Even if hackers intercept the data, they cannot read or use it because the information is encrypted and unreadable without the correct decryption key.
In addition to protecting sensitive data, SSL also helps increase trust and credibility for your website, giving visitors confidence that their information is safe.
Can SSL be used with all browsers?
SSL is compatible with all modern web browsers, allowing users to access websites securely without any limitations.
Can SSL be upgraded?
SSL certificates cannot be upgraded. However, you can purchase a new certificate and install it on your web server in the same way as the existing one.
How many types of SSL Certificates are there?
SSL – Domain Validation (DV) is a Certificate issued by a service provider that is verified by checking the domain information on Whois and confirming domain ownership through email for Domain Validation (DV) Certificates. DV Certificates can be easily and quickly requested, taking approximately 5 minutes. The result displayed in a web browser will only show a green padlock icon.
SSL – Organization Validation (OV) is a type of certificate issued by a service provider after verifying domain ownership through Whois and confirming the identity of the organization. In Thailand, this validation process includes checking with the Department of Business Development (DBD) Online, and the service provider may also make a phone call to the customer to confirm the purchase. The issuance time for an OV Certificate typically takes around 3-4 days, although it can be faster or slower depending on the verification process of each organization.
In a web browser, the result will display a green padlock icon, and it will also show the name of the organization in the web browser’s address bar. This is done to increase trust in the organization, as it indicates that the certificate authority has verified the identity of the entity.
SSL – Extended Validation (EV) is a type of certificate issued by a service provider after verifying domain ownership through Whois and confirming the identity of the organization. In Thailand, this validation process includes checking with the Department of Business Development (DBD) Online, and the service provider may also make a phone call to the customer to confirm the purchase. However, the verification process for this type of certificate is quite rigorous. If there are no issues found or any suspicious points arise during the verification, the certificate provider may request additional documents, which must be signed by a lawyer for certification. Examples of requested documents may include financial statements or other important documents. The issuance time for an EV Certificate typically takes around 7-15 days, although it can be faster or slower depending on the verification process of each organization.
This type of SSL Certificate is considered to provide the highest level of security, and in web browsers, it displays a green address bar, covering the organization’s name in the browser’s address bar, along with a green padlock icon.
SSL – WildCard SSL Certificate is a type of certificate that undergoes both Domain Validation (DV) and Organization Validation (OV). It provides security certification for the main domain (Base Domain) and covers the usage of multiple sub-domains within the server where the certificate is installed. For example, it would cover domains like *.yourdomain.com, www.yourdomain.com, mail.yourdomain.com, and so on. The issuance time for this certificate depends on whether it is DV or OV validation type.
