How to Pay via Credit Card

For customers who wish to pay via credit card or PayPal, payments can be made through this channel with the following steps:

1. Go to the customer service portal by typing en.hostatom.com, then click on Client Login.

2. Enter your registered email and password, then click the Login button to access your account.

3. Once you’re in the customer portal, select Billing -> My Invoices.

4. In the My Invoices section, click on Unpaid.

5. The system will display the Invoice or Billing Statement, as shown in the image. Then go to Payment Method -> PayPal.

6. Next, click on PayPal.

7. If paying through PayPal, enter your details and click Log in.
If paying via credit card, select Pay with Credit/Debit Card, as shown in the image.

8. If paying through PayPal, once logged in to PayPal, you can transfer the payment directly.
For credit card payments, fill in the information as shown in the image.
